Medical Advice

Please be advised that our practice does not provide medical advice via email or telephone.

In addition, our physicians do not provide medical advice to any patients who have not yet been seen by one of our physicians.

Emergencies

If you are a patient of our practice and believe that you are having a medical emergency. Please call 703-787-3322. If you are calling after hours, please dial 2 to have the physician on call paged. If you are not able to get a hold of the physician on call, please dial 911. The on-call doctor emergency line is for established patients only.

Billing Questions

If you have a question regarding a billing matter, please call our billing services provider 855-257-7468 and someone will be happy to assist you.

Medical Records

If you would like your medical records from another practice transferred to our office, please download the Records Release Form and we will be happy to submit the request on your behalf.

If you would like a copy of your medical records from our practice sent to you or another physician, please download the Records Release Form and mail or fax it our office. Please allow up to 3 business days to prepare your records.
