Dr. Lee is the founder and Medical Director of Reston ENT. A native of west Michigan, he earned his medical degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. Dr. Lee completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Lee has received several scholarships and awards for his clinical and academic achievements. He has also been named Top Doctor in the past several Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, and Consumers' Checkbook peer-nominated physician surveys. Dr. Lee is dedicated to providing quality patient care in a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions and has been trained in the latest medical and surgical methods. He has a particular interest in minimally-invasive surgery, balloon sinuplasty, benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, allergy and sinus problems, sleep apnea surgery, voice disorders, and pediatric ENT problems. Dr. Lee lives with his wife in Northern Virginia.
DANIEL HWANG, M.D.

Dr. Daniel Hwang joined Reston ENT in 2008. He grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. He is a board-certified otolaryngologist. He received his undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University. He earned his medical school degree at New York Medical College and did his residency at New York Eye & Infirmary in Manhattan. Dr. Hwang was named Top Doctor in the Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazines. He treats patients of all ages but especially loves taking care of children. He also has special interest in treating diseases of sinus and allergy as well as all aspects of ear pathology. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Judy, and his three children.

Dr. Nicole Colgrove joined Reston ENT in August of 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University in her Northeast Tennessee home town. She graduated summa cum laude and was initiated into Phi Kappa Phi during her junior year for academic excellence. She obtained her medical degree from ETSU Quillen College of Medicine during which time she received a scholarship for academic achievement. Dr. Colgrove completed her head and neck surgical training at the University of Kentucky. She was awarded the AAO humanitarian travel grant during residency for medical mission work in Nairobi, Kenya. She then completed a post-graduate fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery with Dr. Michael Godin in Richmond, VA. She enjoys all aspects of ENT, but has a special interest in skin cancer reconstruction, rhinoplasty, and facial cosmetics. Outside of medicine, her interests include piano, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.
WILLIAM KENNEDY, M.D.

Dr. William Kennedy joined Reston ENT in 2021. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He attended Princeton University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Molecular Biology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania where he was awarded a Perelman Scholarship. Dr. Kennedy completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania where he had comprehensive training and was mentored by international experts in the fields of chronic sinusitis, thyroid surgery, surgery for obstructive sleep apnea, and pediatric otolaryngology. Dr. Kennedy enjoys providing patient-centered care in all aspects of ENT and has specific interests in sinus disease and sleep apnea surgery. Dr. Kennedy lives with his wife in Vienna and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, cooking, and hiking.
RACHEL MOLDENHAUER, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Rachel Moldenhauer joined Reston ENT in 2022. She is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and received Bachelor’s degrees in Communication Disorders and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She completed her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of Maryland after completing her residency at UNC Hospitals Hearing and Voice Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. Moldenhauer is a licensed audiologist in Virginia and is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association with which she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology. She enjoys providing high-quality patient-centered care in all aspects of audiology and has a special interest in hearing aids, implantable devices, and tinnitus management. Dr. Moldenhauer lives in northern Virginia and enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
ARIANA BRAGANZA, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Ariana Braganza joined Reston ENT in July 2023. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Braganza is proud to have served eight years as a Healthcare Specialist/Combat Medic for the United States Army Reserves. During her military service, Dr. Braganza completed her Bachelor of Arts in Hearing and Speech Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. She then earned her Doctor of Audiology degree at Montclair State University in New Jersey after completing her residency at Columbia University Medical Center in New York. Dr. Braganza is a licensed audiologist in Virginia and a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, with which she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology. She is passionate about providing excellent audiological care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Dr. Braganza has experience in diagnostics, hearing aids, and aural (re)habilitation. When not providing quality patient care, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and watching films.
Melina Gharbo, PA-C

Melina Gharbo joined Reston ENT in October 2023. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She attained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. Prior to PA school Melina worked with Reston ENT as a medical assistant. As a physician assistant, Melina enjoys providing patient-centered care and enjoys all aspects of ENT. Outside of medicine, her interests include pilates, cooking, and spending time with her family.
